If this Grant Application is successful, Equity Trustees may make public your project description, the name of your organisation and the grant amount awarded to you.
ANZ may also collect name, position title, postal address, employer details, email and phone number of personnel of applicants in the course of assessing, approving and providing the application form, grant and related projects as applicable. ANZ uses and discloses that personal information in accordance with ANZs Privacy Policy, including to perform administrative and operational tasks, to contact your organisation for assessing and approving the application form, providing the grant and during the course of your project, and promoting and communicating about successful applicants.
Such information may be disclosed to third parties like ANZs related entities and external service providers in accordance with ANZs Privacy Policy. ANZ may also disclose such information to support the assessment of the application form and provision of the grant, including to the Equity Trustees Group and Smarty Grants, and to ANZs other funding partners for them to contact you about other funding or fundraising opportunities. ANZ may use personal information with AI technologies for the purposes of assessing, approving and providing the application form, grant and related projects as applicable, as otherwise disclosed in ANZs Privacy Policy, or for additional purposes which ANZ may inform you about or which you agree to. These AI technologies include ANZ Group-wide AI solutions, generative AI and machine learning. Some of ANZs service providers may also use AI technologies as part of delivering products or services to ANZ.
